Carpet Cleaning
What kind of carpets do you clean?
Residential / commercial? We do commercial and residential
Whats the difference?
Glue down carpet etc The process is the same for glued down or stapled down carpets. There are a few instances where it may be different Does glue down carpet come up with water and do you use a water base carpet cleaner?
Glued down carpet does not come up while using our machine, or chemical.
Do you get out pet stains and smells?
Yes, we have solutions to help with stains and smells. They are bio degradable, and pet and kid friendly and safe.
What kind of carpets do you clean?
We can clean all types of carpets. High, low pile carpets. As well as area rugs.
Brands of carpets you clean?
The list is so long. Pretty much in the last 15 years we have cleaned over 4000 homes with various branded carpets
Do you clean tile grout?
Yes we do.
How long will it take to dry my carpet?
On the warmer days it take about 4 hours to dry. Cooler days it will take a little longer.
Do you cover your shoes when you come into my house?
Yes, we have booties to slip over our shoes, or we can even take our shoes off if need be
My family got sick with the stomach flu will you come and clean my carpets?
Yes, we have helped a lot of families clean up their homes when someone has gotten sick and they need to get the house back in order.
What is the timeline afterwards you prefer to start on the house after sickness?
The sooner the better, ..in order to get the mess cleaned up and hope to prevent it from getting into the carpet pad..
Do you work with property managers for carpet cleaning move outs?
Yes, we have worked with several companies for clean outs as well as regular maintenance cleanings We've done complexes that are 4 units, up to over 100 units per development.
Do you sell carpet stain removal products?
We do not sell any products.
Do you give a discount for multiple cleanings a year?
Yes, if you book a certain amount of cleanings per year we can do a discount. ( Each client and home is different- so it is specific to the client)

How tall of a building can you clean gutters?
We can go as high as 2 stories

No we do not do repairs

Do you clean the landscape after you clean the gutters if there is debris on the ground after cleaning?
Yes, we try and blow the debris in order to keep the area clean and manicured as it was before we got there
What types of gutters do you clean?
All types Commercial, residential
If my neighbors house is to close to my property line will you ask them permission to access my gutters?
Yes, we would not want to trespass - so we would like to get permission
Do you need access to water to clean the gutters?
Usually, ..yes to clean the downspouts
We now off the roof, clean out the gutters ....and make sure the downspouts flow.

What kind of windows do you clean?
We clean window brands such as Viking, Pella, Milguard, Anderson, Simonton, Harvey, Wallside, Loewen, Alside and PGT and many more
How long do clean windows last vs dirty windows?
Yes, windows can become etched with the dirt and water spots, if they are left uncleaned
Do they prolong their lifecycle?
Yes, if they are neglected they will break down over time
Do you clean commercial windows?
Yes.
Do you clean high rises?
No we do not do high rises
How tall of a house can you clean – windowise?
2 story, some 3 story ones as well
Do you clean multifamily homes?
Yes, we do apartment complexes and condo complexes
How do you clean the windows?
We use a squeegee and a wand and the liquid cleaning solution.
Do you clean screens?
Yes, we clean the screens with a screen washer and hand dry them and put them back.
Do you clean window tracks?
We do wipe out the tracks with a rag to get what we can out of the track.
How many times a year do you recommend a window cleaning?
2 times a year would be the best, but AT LEAST once a year
Will you scratch my windows?
No, we do not use anything that will scratch or damage your windows
Why call us to clean your windows?

Why not just use spray cleaner you attached to a hose to clean my windows?
Using a spray cleaner store bought can damage the windows. The residue that it leaves behind and also the hard water that sits from not having the windows washed properly, can damage them permanently.
Solar
What kind of solar panels do you clean?
Commercial and residential panels. Roof mounted, ground mounted.
How many times a year should I clean my solar panels?
At least once a year. Depending on where they are placed possibly more frequently.
What level of efficiency will I find with my solar panels once you clean them?
Up to 25% some studies show that up to 50% increase of prolonged life you are to maintain and clean them regularly
What if my solar panels face my neighbor when you clean them?
Yes, we can clean them if you have neighbors
What time of day do you usually clean solar panels?
Morning is best, but they can be done at any time really. Just when the sun is off of them is the easiest
Can I just hose my solar panels off?
No tap water has minerals in it and if you mix that with the dirt it actually can damage the panels. Cleaning the panels correctly can increase the efficiency of them.
Is a really make that much of a difference?
The national renewable energy laboratory says a dirty panel can lose 25% of its production and a recent University City shows that prolonged or panels left unclean for multiple years can lose up to 50% of its efficiency
